I just got this program to work - DCART.

Among other things it features:

- reverse RIIA eq preset
- 50 + 60 hz removal filters
- pitch corrections from 33 o 45 to 78 rpm and back
- various filters to erduce crackle and surface noise when restoring records..

specilly the reverse RIIA was really good to get...

the program is quite old, and a bit oldfashioned, but with nice features!

I've used the DC6 and now I'm using the new DC7 real nice program and great support from the company that makes it
