I have an old technics 1210, condition:
without tonearm, light broken, but motor is running good.
maybe a for a cutter project?
I´m asking 120Euro.

$14000 with so much missing, isnt that expensive?

How much would a complete AM32 cost (without head)?

I think, 10000 Euro for a complete AM-32 is a good price, but depends on the condition of the unit....

complete would mean with all the electronics (amp & control) but without head, right?

oh, no, complete means only the mechanics,
orginal pitch, no head, no amps, but turntable motor, microscope, platter + head suspension box.
