Hello people, I am rebuilding actually an Astatic X-26; when I have opened it, I have found the Rochelle salts completely destroyed...
What can I do for rebuild this cutter head ?

Most people send them to Gib @ West-Tech Services to be rebuilt.
I suppose if you could find a sutable crystal element from perhaps a microphone and install it you could possibly repair it that way.
I don't know of a way to make your own crystal element but I am sure someone somewhere has done it. |
