Can anyone outhere explain the differance/advantage between a non-feedback and a feedback head?

the feedback acts as a servo system controling resonances and improving frequency responce its applied out of phase to the input signal of the drive amp thus canceling out unwanted resonaces. its expalaned in the other section in detail.h
