okay here another piece of trash engineering.
the no cost dampening. very effective.

we had the disk-o-mat at an openair. and i never had time to add the cutter oil dampening.
but its absolutely necessary for automatic head operation.
so took what was around at the place.

1 cup of an empty vodka bottle.
1 cup of a beer

and some sunflower oil. et voila. perfect head damper. hehe.

works very good. and its free.

people enjoyed cutting at the recording booth.
some more pictures and jingles and stuff people where recording.

Hi Flo,

Very clever solution to the problem! I assume the rest of the beer and vodka went down smoothly after that! Both you and cutter must have been critically damped.
