Do we need to quote everything when we are making a direct reply? Some of us dont like scrolling........

Please just list the plants that YOU know about. No need to quote somebody else's inaccurate list. The list that gearhead girl posted contains a plant that stoppped pressing years ago and has not told anybody... they still take orders and act as brokers. So please, just list the plants that you KNOW about.

Vinylium's site is still up. http://www.vinylium.com - are they operating?
Also - isn't there a plant in Italy? - the name starts with "Micro" - forget exactly what the name is.

AussieOzborn -
in regards to quoting long posts - agreed it's not always the best thing to do - but neither is posting before the mornings cup of coffee! Smile

Best regards,
Steve Berson

okey dokes - my list has been updated with:
Vinylium, Rip-V (received message from the owner and they are indeed up and pressing), Microwatt, Phonopress.

http://www.totalsonic.net/vinylplants.htm

So far there are 13 USA based plants and 19 worldwide plants for a total of 32.

Best regards,
Steve Berson

Ahh - Sorry Mossy - Forgit to mention the Old Company I Worked for In Nottingham in the UK was called " INdependent Pressing Co.Ltd -" I've had to change it a little... the Place was Gutted by the previous owner, and most of the plant sent to London - but, there are some mould up here somewhere....
